Frequently asked questions

Does OrcaIQ store candidate data?

No. OrcaIQ reads dates and stage names from your ATS. No candidate names, emails, or personally identifiable information is stored.

How does the CSV import work?

Export a report from your ATS with the required columns and upload it. OrcaIQ processes it and returns your PodScore. The Lite plan requires no account.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

What ATS platforms do you support?

We currently support Greenhouse and Workday with Lever and Ashby coming soon. All plans support CSV import from any ATS.
